Tentative Bookings
We are happy to place a tentative booking for you.
In order to confirm this date, a deposit of $500.00 must be paid within fourteen days of your initial tentative booking.
If we have not received this deposit we may release the room.



Duration
Evening Receptions are 5 hours in duration and Lunch Receptions 4 hours in duration.
Extensions are available and price is upon application. Latest finish time is 12.00am.



Quotation
All prices are based on current costs, but may be subject to change without notice, unless a firm quotation in writing has been given.
Management reserves the right to increase prices at any time.



Food and Beverage Policy
No outside food or beverage is permitted on the premises.



Children
Children under 2 years of age are free of charge.
Children aged 3 - 12 years are charged at $15.00 per child which includes a childrens meal of chicken & chips and ice-cream.
Children aged between 13-18 are charged $40.00 which includes a standard adult meal less the alcohol.



Floral Arrangements
Table arrangements remain the property of Quality Inn Baton Rouge



Liability
Quality Inn Baton Rouge will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of merchandise left in our complex prior to, during or after the function.
Organisers are financially responsible for any theft from, or damages caused to, our complex by their guests, employees or agents before, during or after a function.



Behaviour of Guests
Quality Inn Baton Rouge reserves the right to exclude or remove any objectionable person from any function.



Final Arrangements
All final arrangements will be discussed at an appointment approximately 4 weeks prior to your reception.
Your final numbers and balance of payment by Cash, Credit Card or Bank Cheque is required 5 working days prior to your wedding.



Cancellation Policies
In the event of your wedding being cancelled your deposit will be refunded in full, if more than six months notice is given.
Should there be less than six months notice, the deposit will only be refunded if the room is rebooked.
